Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
الشروط والأحكام القياسية للبيع

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by our company. By purchasing a product, the customer agrees to abide by the following terms:

تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام بيع المنتجات من قبل شركتنا. من خلال شراء منتج، يوافق العميل على الالتزام بالشروط التالية:

Section A: Return and Refund Policy
القسم (أ): سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

• Products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.

• The product and its packaging should be free from any physical damage.

• Customers must initiate a return within 15 days from the date of purchase.

• If the product was purchased via bank transfer or card, the refund will be credited within 4 to 5 business days.

• Alternatively, the customer may choose a discount voucher or product replacement.

Section B: Warranty Terms

Section C: General Terms

• The company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages from product use.

• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

• All sales are subject to local laws and disputes shall be resolved in local courts.

• The company may amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
